To be published in the ICIT’2024 Proceedings and Springer® in series Lecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communications Technologies, at least one author of an accepted paper must register as Regular Author for the conference and be presented at the conference.
Registration
Here is the step-by-step register for Vietnamese authors
- Step 1: Register via the Google form via this register link (deadline before 03 July 2024)
- Step 2: Download and fill out the Copyright form (can be downloaded in the link below)
- Step 3: Upload your filled-out copyright and final manuscript files through the EDAS system (deadline before 05 July 2024)
Note: Upload the manuscript (in .docx or .zip format)
- If you use Microsoft Word for your manuscript, please upload your Word file in docx.
- If you use Latex, please compress all source files to a .zip file (.rar is not accepted) and submit your zipped file.

Note: Up to 2 extra pages are allowed for each accepted paper and an additional 20 USD (496.000 VND) fee will be charged.
For international authors:
Please login to the EDAS page of the conference and locate your accepted paper. You can register for the conference by clicking on the registration column. Please choose the most suitable options and pay the registration by credit card or pay pal directly to EDAS.
For Vietnamese authors:
The registration fee must transferred by bank transfer with the following information:
