Registration Requirement

To be published in the ICIT’2026 Proceedings and Springer® in series Lecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communications Technologies:

  • At least one author of an accepted paper must register as Regular Author for the conference.
  • The registered author must present the paper at the conference.


Registration Steps via EDAS

1. Log in and locate your accepted paper in the EDAS dashboard
2. Complete registration by clicking the Registration column next to your paper. Please ensure that your name and affiliation exactly match those listed in your paper, as the default name and affiliation in EDAS will be used on your name badge.
3. Submit the following through EDAS:
  • Contributor Permission Form (Download here). Please make sure that the author list matches exactly to the author list in the manuscript. In addition, only the corresponding author is legal to sign the form.
  • Final manuscript source files (see Step 3 below for format requirements)


Manuscript Submission Format

  • If using Microsoft Word: Upload your manuscript in .docx format.
  • If using LaTeX: Compress all source files into a .zip (.rar is not accepted) file and upload the zipped file.
  • All source files must be in the same folders. Subfolder organization is not allowed.
  • If Latex is selected, make sure that there is only 1.tex file and clean unnecessary materials.
  • In the manuscript, please include the emails of all authors. Especially, ORCID of the corresponding author must be specified clearly in the manuscript.


Payment Instructions

  • After completing registration details in EDAS, pay the registration fee directly via EDAS using one of the following methods: Credit Card or PayPal
  • Ensure that the payment is completed before the registration deadline: July 22, 2026.
